The CATL New Energy Lifestyle Plaza is designed to provide consumers with a comprehensive experience covering the four major aspects of a new energy lifestyle: view, select, maintain and learn. The Plaza is also home to a team of new energy experts well versed in both cars and batteries to answer all consumers' questions about cars and batteries. These experts will provide personalized recommendations on new energy vehicles based on each user's needs, budget and intended use.
To further improve user experience and expand service offerings, CATL also launched a new WeChat mini program on August 10. The program provides a range of tailored services for new energy vehicle owners, including searching for charging networks, browsing, selecting and using vehicles, as well as educational resources about new energy vehicles.
In addition, on the same day, CATL launched its aftermarket service brand “Ning Family Service”, which will first set up 112 professional after-sales service bases across China and develop a comprehensive training system to provide professional services such as basic battery maintenance, health inspections and mobile rescue, ensuring a high-quality experience for new energy vehicle owners.
Going forward, CATL plans to further expand into the after-sales service sector and will open its first directly-operated store under the “Ningjia Business” brand in Ningde City, Fujian Province on September 7th.
