Kursk oblast. Residents are victims of looting
According to a report by the Unian news agency, looting by Russian soldiers continues in the Kursk region. A resident of Koleniwo reported the theft. The soldiers are supposed to rob houses, stores, gas stations and other establishments.
The first complaints about looting in Koleniewo appeared two months ago, the Union agency writes, citing a report from the “Agentstvo.Novosti” channel.
Local residents sent a letter of protest to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and President Vladimir Putin. They called for action to stop the looting. But this had no effect.

Residents say the soldiers not only loot shops and homes, but also commit cruel acts against animals. The Russians allegedly stole even the largest household appliances, including televisions and power tools, Unian wrote.
The region's governor, Oleksiy Smirnov, said the military police were treating reports of looting as “information leaks from enemy special forces.”

Footage of the looted area is posted online. You will see robbed houses, stores, and gas stations. Elsewhere, soldiers were removing goods from a warehouse.
