This 36-year-old man was arrested in Garvolin district. He not only exceeded the speed limit by 95 kilometers per hour, but also turned on his flashing light, forcing other drivers to get out of his way. This man endangered not only his own safety and that of other road users, but also the safety of the two children who were in the car with him.
