Magdalena Biezhat from the Left Club admitted in the “#BezKitu” program that her name is “in the pool” of left-wing candidates for the presidency. Krzysztof Breza from KO, for his part, said that he will not reveal who he will vote for in the primaries of his party, because he does not want to “disrupt the processes that are currently taking place in the hearts and minds of the activists of the Civic Platform”.
Deputy Speaker of the Senate Magdalena Bietat from the Left Club and MP Krzysztof Breza from the Civil Alliance discussed the upcoming presidential elections.
Biejat admitted that his name is “under discussion” and is “in the pool” of potential presidential candidates. – But we will all make this decision together on the left. We will announce it to you soon. It's a decision I don't make alone. I accept it with my family and left people. Now we are discussing and talking about which candidate will be the best for the left, he said.
He added that the left would decide on a candidate within weeks, not months. – The calendar is running, so I hope that in December you will find out who our candidate is, – said Magdalena Biyat.

The candidate of the Civil Alliance will be chosen in the primaries, in which the mayor of Warsaw, Rafal Trzaskowski, and the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Radosław Sikorski, will face each other. Krzysztof Breza did not say who he would vote for. – This is the beauty of primaries. I do not want to disrupt the processes that are taking place in the hearts and minds of the activists of the “Civil Platform”. We have two wonderful candidates with charisma and character. Each of them can fulfill this task honorably and restore the dignity of the office of the president, Brezhza said.
– I am proud that they are in such a great team and I declare that from December 7, when the pre-election campaign and then the campaign will begin, we are all biting grass to win these elections, – he added.
“I think it will be a direct path to the defeat of law and justice”
Biejat and Brejza were also asked who they think will participate in the presidential race on behalf of Law and Justice. – It seems that Mr. (Przemysław) Charnek has already expressed himself quite clearly, although he did not say it directly. I have already heard about the trip across the country. I cross my fingers for him, because I think it will be a direct path to the defeat of Law and justice, said Magdalena Biejat.
For his part, Brezhza said that it would be – according to the requirements proposed by the PiS president – a “beautiful and beautiful” person. – Mr. (Marek) Suski and (Jaroslav) Kaczynski are holding these cards. Chaos, fights, throwing pigs, tripping, kicking, stabbing in the back – this is the campaign that should have taken place in PiS, there is serious chaos – says the member of parliament.
– This is the choice of civilization. There is no more division into left, right, liberal or conservative scene. There is a simple division: between the fire of populism and the reasonable forces of moderation, which defend pro-Western policies, Brejza stressed.
