The President emphasized that Ukrainians have not lost their values and called to honor the memory of all those who sacrificed their lives for their country. “Ukraine also prays for the safe return of all those on the front lines and the return of all those in exile, he added.

The leader went on to say that “for the second time in modern history, Christmas will unite all Ukrainians.” He mentioned that this is due to the fact that since 2023, the official date of celebration of this holiday has changed – the faithful of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church and the Greek Catholic Church of Ukraine will celebrate Christmas on December 25. A day before, Christmas Eve is celebrated.
– Today we are by each other's side. We will not be lost. Whether in person or in imagination, we call our parents, kiss our children, hug our relatives, remember our loved ones. (…) And as long as we do this, evil has no chance, Zelensky emphasized. With everyone who is dear to us, he added.
Greetings from Zelensky
The President of Ukraine wished that “the light of faith reigns in the souls of Ukrainians, their hearts are filled with the light of hope, and every family is filled with love and prosperity.”
