An unusual incident happened in the district court of Swidnica (Lower Silesia). A resident of one of the cities near Walbrjich received cases from the office of the head of the court. He was fined.
A man involved in a family court case met with the head of the Świdnica district court. After the conversation, he “accidentally” took the files lying on the table and left the office. After some time, court officials noticed that some documents were missing.
– The surveillance was checked and it was observed that a man was leaving with files – says prosecutor Marek Rusin, head of the Świdnica District Prosecutor’s Office, in an interview with “Gazeta Wyborcza”, which was the first to describe this case.
The presiding judge reported the theft to the police and they quickly identified the culprit. During the search of his apartment, he found the documents. The man confessed and told police he thought he could take the cases because of the “return” inscription.
