– We are much stronger together, we have prosperous countries. This can be the strongest alliance, an alliance in technologies, for example, in drones, but also in the field of food security, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a conversation with four Polish editorials.
President Zelensky gave an interview to four Polish editorials: TVN24, Onet, “Rzeczpospolita” and “Krytyka Polityczna”. He was asked how he envisions relations with Poland after the victory and whether these relations will have a “special” character.

“It can be a strong alliance”
– We are much stronger together, we have prosperous countries. This can be the strongest alliance, an alliance in technologies, for example in drones, said the president of Ukraine.
– This is not only about the army, but also about food safety, for example. We can face many challenges. You know that Russia can not only act with weapons, but can, for example, block the grain corridor, then we have the sea. Therefore, we should think about security and union, explained Volodymyr Zelensky.
– I am not talking about the fact that we are like Russia and Belarus. No, God forbid, but when it comes to problems, for example, in the field of agriculture, we should not only be neighbors, he added.
“We must all be pragmatic”
The president of Ukraine believes that “politicians can make their own policy, but people should look at it themselves and look at the numbers.”
– You have to be pragmatic. If Ukraine sends 80 percent of its agricultural products not to other countries, but to other countries, then we should pay attention to it, he said.
– I am not accusing anyone here. Everyone has their own interests, but we should all be pragmatic, said Volodymyr Zelensky.
