The US Secretary of State flew to a meeting in Munich. The plane suddenly failed
The plane detected Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who was on the deck. As mentioned, cracks appeared in the glass in the cockpit. Therefore, the pilot was forced to turn back and the politician turned into another plane. It is unclear whether he will be able to attend a meeting in Munich as a result of delaying the secretary.
On Thursday evening, Air Force aircraft was to hold the Munich Safety Conference, from Washington to Germany, as Secretary Rubio and chairman of the Senate Foreign Affairs Committee in March. However, a failure was detected during flight and the machine had to be turned back.

As a spokesperson announced, the plane was forced to turn back and eventually landed at Andrew’s joint base. “The secretary will continue his journey to Germany and the Middle East on another plane,” she added.

One official cited by the Associated Press said the failure appeared about 90 minutes after it began. Next, a cockpit windshield problem was detected. NBC News added that the cracks were likely detected in glass, but did not constitute a “safety threat.”

Foreign media have said it is not clear whether the outcome of the failure will be delayed by the Secretary of State of the Munich Congress. At the event, Marco Rubio was especially to meet with Vice President of the US JD Vance and the president of Ukraine Voldy Mirzersky. During the meeting, discussion will take place about the end of the nearly three-year war between Russia and Ukraine.
