Tunisia (Yuna/Spa)-53 The Islamic State of Islamic World Education, Scientific and Cultural Organization (Isesco) have unanimously agreed to the “Ryadh Charter for Artificial Intelligence in the Islamic World” announced at the Global Artificial Intelligence Agency Summit held by the 2024 AI Agency “SIDIA”, a 2024 agricultural ceremony embedded in September 2024 listed in the village of agricultural facilities as Edge Anne in Saudi Arabia. A joint strategy for artificial intelligence in the Islamic world.
This came during the work of the 45th session of the Executive Council of Organizations (ISESCO) held in Tunisia in the presence of all member states.
This course covered the Riyadh Charter for Artificial Intelligence in the Islamic World. This represents a comprehensive strategic framework. It aims to develop artificial intelligence technologies that are in line with Islamic values and to enhance sustainable development and international cooperation in this field.
Member States affirmed their commitment to strengthening the governance of artificial intelligence and supporting the adoption of responsible use of artificial intelligence in countries across the Islamic world.
During this session, the Charter was presented by Dr. Kais Al Hamami from the organization’s forecasting center, where it reviewed the most prominent axes and strategic goals, highlighting its importance in guiding the development of artificial intelligence that serves the common interests of countries in the Islamic world.
In line with the international governance framework and moral principles, Isesco focuses on the “Ryadh Charter” in exchange for prominent achievements reflecting Member States’ commitment to harnessing artificial intelligence for the benefit of society, and emphasizes that the charter represents a framework of Member States’ guidance to maintain the pace of rapid development and rapid development of the structured strategic vision. Protect intelligence, ethical principles and ensure a sustainable digital future for member countries.
The approval of Islamic countries regarding the “Ryadh Charter” is within the framework of strategic cooperation between the Islamic World Educational Science and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) and the Kingdom, between the Data and Artificial Intelligence Committee “SIDA” and the Kingdom represented by the Saudi Arabian National Committee to support the role of the Sound National Science Framework for Scientific Identification to support the scientific intelligence for science maintenance, supporting the Saudis National Committee for Saudi Arabia’s National Committee for Science. A commitment to a major international effort to artificially take responsibility and enhance the kingdom’s status in this sustainable field, and to a moral and effective use of artificial intelligence.
