Monday chest workout
First, start your balanced training routine with a warm-up to avoid injury. After that, target muscle groups every day for the next six days of the week, and finally, use Sunday as a rest and recovery day. On Monday, focus on your pectoral muscles and do bench press, incline and decline dumbbell press, dumbbell pullovers, and dumbbell flys.
Tuesday is shoulder day
And on Tuesdays, he typically focuses on his shoulders, working on shoulder presses, military presses, front shoulder presses, bent-over lateral raises, seated dumbbell presses and upright lowering.
Wednesday is dedicated to back training.
One of the most important days is Wednesday, when the actor goes all out to tone his back. Seated cable rows, T-bar rows, front chin-ups, one-arm dumbbell rows, deadlifts, etc. are some of the exercises he does to tone his back.

He told the media that it is easy to gain weight. Khan added that he thoroughly enjoyed the six to eight months in which he was free to eat foods that he normally cannot. The veteran star also said that even though he had the option of donning a bodysuit and shooting 80 per cent of the sports biopic as his father Mahavir Singh Phogat, he would not be able to experience the full effect.
However, shedding the 97 kg he gained in a week was really tough for him. “To lose weight, 50% is food, 25% is training and the remaining 25% is rest. A balanced diet is the key,” Khan had said. Rakesh Udyar, Khan's coach on Dangal, revealed that Khan had given up and said he couldn't go on the sets. But the trainer told Khan to train and lose weight. But the trainer made Khan train more. Eventually, Khan's efforts paid off and his body fat percentage dropped to 9.6%.
