OMNIQ Corp. (OTCQB: OMQS), a leading provider of artificial intelligence (AI)-based solutions, announced it has partnered with WPS to deploy an advanced AI parking access control system at a second large medical center.
This innovative system is designed to enhance campus security and optimize parking management by allowing authorized vehicles to access certain areas while prohibiting unauthorized vehicles.
The pricing model for this solution is based on subscription fees, providing clients with a cost-effective approach while ensuring ongoing innovation and support from OMNIQ.
The deployment leverages OMNIQ's proprietary AI-based License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology integrated with the customer's proprietary permit platform. The combination ensures real-time monitoring and precise control of parking lots, significantly improving security and operational efficiency.
OMNIQ offers handheld IoT devices for access control, LPR cameras, lane controllers, and ticketing for monthly parking users. The company is also introducing mobile LPR vehicles for use by parking enforcement officers, expanding the reach and effectiveness of its system.
“We are pleased to expand our new advanced access control capabilities to another major medical center in Texas,” said Shai Lustgarten, CEO of OMNIQ. “This deployment underscores our commitment to using AI to address real-world problems and deliver significant value to our clients.”
The AI car park access control system is part of OMNIQ's broader strategy to integrate AI-driven technologies across a range of sectors, including supply chain management, public safety and smart city applications.
