We will get from Gdynia to Prague in 9 hours. All thanks to the new Baltika Express trains, which will be launched on December 15. Along the way, they will also stop in Bydgoszcz, Poznań and Wrocław, among others. Tickets are already on sale.
On December 15 of this year, four Baltic Express trains will start running, but tickets for this trip can be purchased from October 30. On the way from Gdynia to the Czech capital, passengers can also stop in Gdańsk, Bydgoszcz, Poznań, Wrocław, as well as in smaller cities including Tczew, Inowrocław, Gniezno, Lesno and Klodzko.
On the Czech side, on the way to Prague, you can land and pick up, including: in Pardubice. Trains run on this route every day.
“Millions of tourists from all over Europe visit Prague every year. In order to offer tourists from Poland a wider rail access to the Czech capital, PKP Intercity in cooperation with České Drah will introduce 4 pairs of Baltic Express connections. The journey lasts 9 hours
According to PKP Intercity, connections from Tricity will be made in the morning, afternoon and night.
“Such an offer gives passengers great flexibility in choosing a convenient connection. The fastest Baltic Express train covers the Gdynia-Prague section in about 9 hours. The fastest journey time to the capital of the Czech Republic from Poznan will be 5 hours. 40 minutes and from Wroclaw in about 4 hours,” says PKP Intercity.
