– Change does not kill the speed of development. I believe that these numerous rules govern this process. The EU is trying to frame the process, not kill it, but maybe slow it down a bit. The point is, to what extent we can accept this speed of changes from a social point of view. This framework, created by programs and projects, allows us to give a human face to technological processes, they humanize these processes, – said the professor.
