Eight people were killed and 17 injured in a knife attack at a vocational school in Wuxi, China. According to media reports, the reason for the attack was that he failed the exam and that the compensation for the internship was too low. The attack occurred on Saturday at the Arts and Technical Vocational College in the eastern Chinese city of Wuxi, the Associated Press reported.
Local police reported that a 21-year-old student was behind the attack. The survey results showed that men did not pass the exam and also believed that the compensation for the internship was too low.
“He decided to take out his frustrations by attacking,” the statement quoted by the Associated Press said.
Videos of injured people lying on the road were posted on social media.
A series of attacks in China
Recently, there have been a series of attacks targeting random people in the Middle Kingdom. This week in Zhuhai, a man drove a car and crashed into people at a sports facility. 35 people were killed and 43 injured.
Prior to this, a student was stabbed on his way to school in Shenzhen.
