Representatives from Israel, Hamas, the United States and Qatar signed the agreement in Doha, the Qatari capital, and families of the hostages were kept informed of progress, local media said. Qatari Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani said the document would enter into force on Sunday if Tel Aviv gives its final consent.
