Gostny police officers have arrested a 38-year-old man who is suspected of a series of shopliftings across the country. This man was arrested along with his 17-year-old son. The value of the stolen items is estimated at PLN 43,000. Both of them heard the accusations of the prosecution.
Gostin police officers were alerted to a series of burglaries at three chain stores in October of this year. stolen, including: sweets, coffee and baby formula. The officers determined that the suspect in this case is a 38-year-old citizen of Moldova. At the end of November this year, a man was arrested in the parking lot of a store in Krobia. His 17-year-old son was waiting for him nearby.
“In the trunk of their car, officers found building blocks and candy stolen from a store in Croby. The men chose a store from the same chain as before,” the release reads.
Both were arrested and taken to the police station.

He stole all over the country
Officers determined that the 38-year-old man robbed 61 chain stores across the country, taking mostly food items. The total loss was estimated at 43,000 PLN.
This 38-year-old man was charged with four counts of theft and was temporarily detained for three months by the court's decision. The 17-year-old will be responsible for the latest robbery in Krobia.
Both men face up to five years in prison.
