Can't afford a proper Comedy Central roast? Roast your Instagram feed with ChatGPT instead.
Justin Bieber. Tom Brady. The Jonas Brothers. What do these celebrities have in common? They're all stereotypical white guys. But they were roasted in front of a live audience, and the whole thing was filmed for all to see. Roasting is nothing new. Newer generations may not know who Don Rickles is, but a quick YouTube search will reveal clips of the legendary comedian roasting the likes of Frank Sinatra and Ronald Reagan, and it's still going strong well into the 2010s. But this new trend is taking roasting to a whole new level, to a new generation. Since only a lucky few get to be roasted by the likes of Kevin Hart or roastmaster general Jeff Ross, we'll just have to put up with ChatGPT roasting our Instagram feeds with scathing accuracy.

ChatGPT Roast for IG Feed: Step-by-Step Guide
AI is a useful and controversial tool, but this new trend is definitely taking full advantage of it. Recently, many people have shared on Instagram stories how ChatGPT has slammed their feeds. The results are either hilarious and will leave you impressed by the capabilities of AI, or infuriated that a robot can pinpoint your deepest insecurities with just a quick glance at your feed.
So how exactly do you roast your Instagram feed with ChatGPT? Here is a step-by-step guide.
Download Instagram and ChatGPT. Of course.

It goes without saying, but just in case it still needs to be said for some reason, you should have ChatGPT and Instagram installed on your phone. Of course, you can access both on your desktop, but only enthusiasts use Instagram on desktop.
Another thing that is clear is that you should have some photos on your Instagram feed. If you don't want ChatGPT to criticize you for the emptiness of your feed, it must be a reflection of the emptiness of your heart. So that you are prepared for what ChatGPT will say, I will criticize you now.

To take a screenshot of your feed, you can either take it from the top where you can see your profile picture, or scroll down a bit so that only your photo is visible.
Upload the screenshot to ChatGPT and say “Roast my IG feed”

Find the “+” in the bottom left corner of the ChatGPT app, upload your screenshot, and type “Roast my IG feed” before sending. Then sit back and let it roast.

The mistake some people make is to expect simple criticism from an AI, but you can also get creative. I asked an AI to criticize my feed using Shakespearean insults, and trust me, nothing hurts more than being called a “spongy, ill-bred scoundrel.”
If it wasn't already clear, ChatGPT doesn't hold back. I made the mistake of getting cranky because the AI was only rating my feed after a prompt, but, well, the results speak for themselves.

Be aware of upload limits

Unless you have the Pro version of ChatGPT, you are limited in the amount of MB you can upload per day. You can also keep asking the AI to roast you in a different way with the same prompt, like here when the AI roasted me John Mulaney style.

Enjoy being criticized, and if it gets a bit too much, ChatGPT will remind you that, well, that's what you wanted. This bodes very well for our future.
