We must clarify the issue of Uzbekistan and Ukraine, and by extension, the issue of implicit Russian services that may infiltrate in an uncontrolled manner through this university into European countries, including Poland, their economies, and the lives of their people. In February 2024, prosecutors detained Collegium Hunum's rector and charged him with leading an organized crime group and issuing MBA certificates as bribes, among other crimes.
Meanwhile, in September this year, PiS politician Lizard Czarnetski was indicted. Investigators say he is suspected of using political influence and corruption to run Uzbekistan's Collegium Hunum branch. Prosecutors suspect that those who obtained the documents were able to obtain Schengen visas thanks to the MBA diplomas issued there.
– Mr. Sawicki pointed out that, in my opinion, this is a bigger problem with the organized activities of Russia, which used this university on the territory of the Republic of Poland, and, as it turned out, also used politicians.

Interior Ministry spokesperson Jacek Dobrzynski announced on Thursday afternoon that another person had been detained at Wrocław airport in connection with the Collegium Hunum incident.
