The Zakopane Region Regional Sanitary Inspection Office has issued a warning against drinking water from the public water supply Kirowa Woda. On Thursday, dangerous fecal coliforms and enterococci were detected in samples taken from several intake facilities.

After detecting the contamination, the commune took several control samples, among which no dangerous bacteria were detected. We also inspected the water supply equipment and found no abnormalities. The water test is repeated the next day to completely rule out the presence of bacteria.
