You can apply for Good Start funding until the end of November. The Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) reports that more than PLN 1.37 billion has been paid out so far.
As part of the “Start” program, parents and guardians can receive PLN 300 once a year for school supplies, for example, to buy textbooks, notebooks or school supplies.

This allowance is given to every child who is in school up to the age of 20, and if he is disabled, up to the age of 24. The application process started on July 1.
“According to the data at the end of October, parents and guardians submitted 3,250,000 applications. The amount of paid allowances exceeded PLN 1,373 million,” said Voyceh Dabrowka, spokesperson of ZUS.
Applications can be submitted until the end of November. After this date, it will be possible only if a child over 20 years old receives a certificate of disability after November 30.
Applications can be submitted using the mZUS application. It can be downloaded for free from Google Play and App Store. To activate the ZUS mobile application, connect it to your profile on the ZUS e-Services Platform.
Persons who do not have an account in PUE ZUS can apply for a benefit through e-banking or the Emp@tia portal.
