Drunken parents who were “taking care” of three children bit the police officers. They will be responsible for endangering minors and violating the immunity of uniformed officers.
On the night from Thursday to Friday, Lublin police officers received information about a drunken man who allegedly drove a baby carriage around the city. The patrol sent to the indicated place saw him completely drunk on the street on May 1. He was carrying an 11-month-old baby in a stroller.
– After some time, his wife and their two eldest children, who were 11 and 14 years old, appeared at the scene. The condition of the woman also indicated alcohol consumption. During the intervention, both of them insulted the body of the policemen. “They were very angry and angry,” said the chief. Kamil Golebowski, press officer of the municipal police office in Lublin. – When the police tried to stop the couple, they bit them. The breathalyzer test showed that this 38-year-old man had more than 1.5 ppm of alcohol in his body. It turned out that it was impossible to check the woman's sobriety, so her blood was taken for analysis, he added.

Parents can be in serious trouble
The parents were sent to the police cell to be sober. They were awaiting indictment. With the consent of the court, the children were placed in the custody of their aunt.
Citizens of Ukraine will be held responsible for directly threatening the life or health of children, violating the immunity of police officers, insulting them and influencing their activities. They can face up to five years in prison.
