Czesnak’s message was an aftermath of the textbook that the state police commander had renovated his office for hundreds of thousands of Zlotys.
One and a half years after sending a message, the Ministry of Police tried to stop CZESNAK and tried to accuse him of secret information. They do not inform the prosecutor about their actions. Just a few hours after the turbulent lawsuit, BSW officers will go to the Krakow’s NOWA HUTA district prosecutor’s office. They require CZESNAK to make a serious claim. We will request that you do not comply with the right to do so, and to disclose the classified information.
However, the prosecution bureau recognizes that there is no violation of the law. The Krakow Court has a similar opinion. In December 2024, the Krakow court issued a decision on the Prize Prosecutor’s Public Prosecutor’s Office, which refused to start a survey of BSW officers.
The court believes that all questions related to the activities of the internal office should be clear. The judge determined that the police officer in the office had interpreted the rules. He also stated that there was no basis for “starting and implementation of preparation procedures.” The judge has determined that search in the “impatient corpse” mode should be “unfounded”.
The court also stated that “contact with journalists” is not a crime. Currently, according to the court’s decision, BSW’s activities should be dealt with by Przemyśl’s Public Prosecutor’s Office.
