If something is not a court, why should the government resort to it? – this is how the head of the Prime Minister’s Office commented on the judgment of the Extraordinary Control Chamber of the Supreme Court regarding money for PiS. The final decision on this matter will be made by the Finance Minister in a few days, but it is difficult to find anyone in the government who will see the reason for the withdrawal of funds.
Finance Minister Andrzej Domanski is expected to comment on PiS funding soon. – As soon as the Christmas and New Year period is over, we can expect the Minister of Finance to comment on this, – says Jan Grabetz, the head of the Prime Minister’s Office.
The ruling coalition is already hearing that PiS should be deprived of funding, because in the last campaign it used the budget money with fists and broke all the rules.
– PiS stole this money, spoke in simple and cruel language and abused the state. How much does one have to steal to be punished alone? – asked the Deputy Speaker of the Seimas, left deputy Wlodzimier.
– There is no legal reason for the minister to give this money, and there is such a threat to the finance minister, a threat to the government, I don’t think they should do anything, – explains Tomas Simonyak, Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration, MP. Civil coalition.

But the politicians of Law and Justice have a different opinion. – The money should be released immediately – says PiS representative Michal Wojcik. – Or (Andrzej Domanski – editor’s note) will sit after this period, – said PiS member of parliament Waldemar Buda. “Criminal and civil consequences,” announced former Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki. –

“Unconstitutional Evil”
Now there is an unclear decision of the National Electoral Commission on this matter. It is specific because it is based on the decision of the Chamber of Public Affairs and the extraordinary control of the Supreme Court, which irrevocably ordered PiS to pay the money. However, this chamber was established during the PiS era and its members include, among other things, former advisers, colleagues and friends of PiS politicians appointed by political order.
Polish courts and European tribunals have long stated that these people only pretend to be the Supreme Court and in reality they are not courts at all. In the resolution, the National Electoral Commission notes that it “does not determine” the status of the Chamber of Public Works and Emergency Control.

The Supreme Court, that is, the representatives of the social side appointed by the Senate, spoke. – Ladies and gentlemen, evil is still lurking here in the Supreme Court. It is an unconstitutional evil, against the constitutional order, – says Andrzej Kompa, the head of the Council of Workers of the Supreme Court.
Judgments of the chamber of neo-judges and neo-judges, as a court, are appealed to the European Court of Human Rights. This is what Lech Walesa, in particular, did in his case and won. We hear that the government needs to show the iron bond that it lacks.
– They enter the courtroom and give documents called judgment, after which the Polish state pays compensation. Why does no one demand the return of the money paid from the state budget? – notes Bartlomiej Przymuzinski from the Association of Polish Judges “Justice”.

Special government decision
As soon as the issue of PiS funding and the question of which court will decide on the validity of the next presidential election, the government has issued a special decision, which questions the legality of the work of the Chamber of Public Affairs and extraordinary control. – If something is not a court and it makes a decision, now the whole administration should use these non-judgments? – asks Jan Grabetz.
