The East Siberian Transport Prosecutor's Office reported that the collision of two cargo trains took place on Sunday morning. “As a result of the natural disaster, 42 coal wagons derailed: 35 wagons from the first train and seven wagons from the second train,” the report said.
“No one was hurt,” the prosecutor's office said. Railway traffic was closed in two directions. According to the Russian Interfax news agency, the movement of passenger trains on the routes Vladivostok – Moscow and Moscow – Vladivostok has been delayed.
