Bread: this is part of the preparation for rigging the presidential election
PiS spokesman Rafal Bochenek also explained the NEC's decision. “The decision of political appointments in the National Election Commission of the current coalition on December 13 shows that the government's plan is to eliminate the only real opposition in Poland with illegal and administrative actions. They know that they will not win in a democratic and honest way. That's why they broke the law. violate and act in a fait method that it is difficult to talk about fair presidential elections in Poland – the head of state wrote on the platform.
“The decisions in question are the introduction of an autocratic system in Poland, which is personally controlled by Tusk. It has nothing to do with democracy and political pluralism. It is a rejection of the standards that work in the civilized world,” he added.

– Donald Tusk sees that it will no longer be possible for his candidate or himself to win these elections, so he will look for ways to – in short – make the election campaign difficult or even impossible. We will definitely not give up, we will definitely not give up, we will fight legally, but we ask the Poles to support Law and justice, and therefore to support democracy, that is, there are equal opportunities, there is for political. pluralism, he said.

PiS is not the first party to lose its subsidy
When PiS was in power, the National Electoral Commission, among other things, rejected the reports of the PSL and the New Right Congress for 2013. The decision of the National Electoral Commission of December 22, 2014 indicated that the reason for the rejection of the report was the actions of the PSL district board in Sandomie is the one who “decided and implemented the collection of party funds outside of his bank account.” According to the National Electoral Commission, the People's Party did not include PLN 17,498 in their reports, and in 2013 they reported a total income of PLN 8,523,460.
The National Electoral Commission questioned the KNP's report because the party's comments and financial documents attached to them show that some of the expenses were covered by cash from New Right activists' own funds and then reimbursed from the party's funds. . According to the commission, this happened several times, in the amount of several tens to hundreds of zlotys. In one case, it was found that the activist of the KHP party spent 640 soums more than the money he received from the party. Moreover, the National Electoral Commission pointed to confusion and ambiguities in the list of payments to the party. According to him, in the documents submitted by KNP, among other things, it is clear who paid and who was only an intermediary.
However, in mid-July 2016, the commission rejected the report of Novochesna and Razem Party due to “violation of the Election Code” (Razem Party for the same reason, but on a smaller scale). Both parties received funds from other sources, except the election fund. “In the case of the Razem party, it was ten thousand zlotys transferred directly from the party's current account, while the election committee of Novochesna Rysard Petru received almost two million zlotys from the party's current account.” The court explained in a statement at the time.
