The Pegasus Parliamentary Investigative Committee is trying to question Zbigniew Ziob for the fourth time. The former Minister of Justice and the Attorney General are expected to appear before this committee on November 4 at 10 am. So far, he has not sent a medical report, but he wrote on social networks that it is “as if the commission” and its members are calling him for questioning and committing a crime.
– There is no investigative commission for Pegasus, there are no members, this is a big lie – explains Michal Wojcik, lawyer for law and justice. This is the only PiS report on the Pegasus parliamentary investigation committee.
The commission works here. As of November 3, Zbigniew Ziob has not sent the committee any reasons for his alleged absence.

Law and justice representatives voted in favor of the establishment of the investigative commission and participated in its work, so that the Yulia Przylebska tribunal did not match the scope of the commission's activities with the basic law.

The fact that the witnesses related to Law and Justice did not respond to the subpoena of the commission makes its work much more difficult, especially since they are often people with extensive knowledge, such as the former head of the Internal Security Agency Petr Pogonovsky, the former chairman of the CBA. “The evidence is very alarming”
– We have evidence of Zbigniew Ziob's participation in all purchase and use procedures, illegal use of Pegasus itself, which is very incriminating evidence against Zbigniew Ziob, – says Witold Zembachinski, a representative of the Civil Alliance and a member of the parliamentary investigative committee. for Pegasus.
So far, the committee has only forwarded the request of Piotr Pogonowski to the court, but the members do not rule out that they will do the same for other witnesses who did not appear.
– The actions of these people who call themselves members of the commission is a criminal act, because there is no commission, therefore, such an investigation does not meet any standards or regulations at all, because they do not have the right to do so, – says Michal Wojcik.
In the case of Zbigniew Ziob, who is a deputy, the procedure for bringing him to court includes not only an application to the court.
– We should cancel his immunity, that is, the Sejm should vote to arrest him by the police and bring him to our committee. I ask that we do it tomorrow, announced Marcin Bosacki.
There is another possibility. Witnesses may be questioned by the prosecutor's office at the request of the commission. – Zbigniew Ziobro does not avoid this responsibility both before the prosecutor's office and before the court, – says Magdalena Sroka.
