Tomasz Schmidt, the former head of the legal department of the National Council of the Judiciary during the rule of law and justice, has been hiding in Belarus for more than half a year. Now there appeared Krzysztof Tolwinski, a former politician of the Polish People’s Party, PiS and even a deputy minister in the government of Jaroslaw Kaczynski. He stated on regime television that Putin will decide when the war in Ukraine ends and that the previous Polish government had a better policy towards Belarus.
To receive an invitation from the television of the Alexander Lukashenko regime and to be able to criticize Poland, the Polish government and the Polish policy towards Ukraine, you need to gain unlimited confidence. The former PSL politician and former member of the Law and Justice government clearly deserved it.

Tomasz Schmidt is another example of someone associated with PiS who ended up in Belarus. During the “United Rust” government, Tomasz Schmidt was the head of the National Political Council and also participated in a campaign of hatred in the Ministry of Justice. On the eve of April and May, he fled to Belarus. He asked for asylum from Lukashenko and received it.
