Police officers from the Tlush police station stopped the driver who hit two women who were walking on the side of the road and left the scene. The Warsaw Police Department reported that the women were taken to the hospital in critical condition.
As KSP reported on the X portal, the incident took place on Friday around 5 pm in Vagan. “Less than 40 minutes later, the police found and arrested the 37-year-old driver of the Volkswagen, a Polish citizen. After the man was tested, the result was 1.44 mg/l, which corresponds to more than 3 ppm of alcohol. “He was punished in blood for theft,” we read further.

The man was arrested and the vehicle was impounded for judicial review. The police also assure that the activities are ongoing.
