He hurt his family, took the father of his children, – they say about Lukash Z. wife and mother of the deceased Rafal, 37 years old. The suspect in the fatal crash on Trasa Lazienkowska on Thursday is being transferred from Germany to Poland. Prosecutors will file charges against him.
– This pirate comes and does not care about the lives of others. He destroys someone's family, takes the father of his children. – Causing a fatal accident, fleeing from an accident, not helping or hiding deserves the highest punishment in Poland. It won't save my son, but it might save others, he added.

Because there are many of us who are suffering after losing Rafalam, – the wife of the person who died in the accident on Trasa Lazienkowska told TVN24 “Black and White” reporter.

Lukasz Ż is 26 years old. after the accident, this 26-year-old man fled to Germany. He was arrested in Lübeck. Lukash Z. will be shipped from Germany to Poland on Thursday. He will be returned under the EAW procedure based on the consent of the German court. He is expected to hear the charges on Friday.

We remind you. The incident happened on September 15 at Trasa Lazienkowski in Warsaw. At night, on a wide and almost empty road, a Volkswagen was traveling at high speed and crashed into the rear of the right car in which a family of four was returning home. In a split second, the life of the Ford driving family turned into a nightmare. A 37-year-old man died at the scene. His wife and children – an eight-year-old girl and a four-year-old boy – were taken to the hospital in serious condition.

According to the prosecutor's office, this man caused an accident while driving a “Volkswagen Arteon” car and then fled the scene. He is suspected of causing an accident in a land vehicle, driving under the influence of alcohol and not complying with the prescribed punishment measures. He faces from 9 months to 12 years in prison.
Next Men – Mikolaj N., Damian J. and Machey O. – were arrested at the scene and accused of not helping the injured and being supporters (they should have helped Lukas Ż. escape). up to three or five years of imprisonment. These people were detained for three months.
