Since last week, Warsaw residents have been able to book office visits using the Warszawa 19115 app.
As we read in the press release of the capital city government, at each stage of the reservation, appropriate messages will help the resident to set a suitable date and inform them what documents are needed to solve this issue. If it can be done online without the need to come to the office, the resident will also receive such a reference along with the appropriate route.

How does the new system work?
The system divides visits into individual cases. After a specific selection, it moves to the appropriate office. If the issue can be resolved in multiple locations, the system will allow you to select from all the offices where the issue can be resolved and the available dates.
“This is important – then we can choose an office in each district, for example, the office that is closest to our place of work or where the available dates are more convenient for us. The tool also tells us which office is closest to our place of residence (or another address that we provide in the system)” say the officials.
The booking system provides appointments for the next 14 days. One problem can be solved in one trip.
Additional functions of the website help you to book an appointment: “case guide” and “check queue”. The “Case Guide” makes it easier to find a specific case that a client wants to come to the office for. From the catalog you can choose the one that suits your needs.
The “check queue” function allows you to check how many people are waiting in the selected office to solve a given problem.
