Officials do not say what was the reason for Dymalsky’s resignation. It is possible that this is related to the claims of this man in November last year. According to the prosecutor’s office, he participated in the crime related to giving financial benefits to the former rector of Humanum College. Dymalsky was also accused of falsely certifying documents about the completion of graduate studies by others in exchange for financial gain.
Sutryk and Dymalsky were arrested
The shareholders of Port Lotniczy Wroclaw SA are Polskie Porty Lotnicze SA (19.74%), the Lower Silesian Voivodeship (31.02%) and the Wrocław municipality (49.24%). It was the city that appointed Marian Dymalski to the board of supervisors, and it was here that the resignation was offered.
Along with Dymalski, CBA also arrested Wroclaw President Jacek Sutryk in November. He was subsequently charged with four counts, including one related to giving a financial benefit to the former chancellor of the University of Humanum College in exchange for a master’s degree in business without completing it. Since then, Sutryk has repeatedly assured that he is not going to resign from the position of mayor.

The private university Collegium Humanum offered accelerated MBA courses and other programs that made it easier to obtain diplomas that were often used for promotion in the structures of public treasury companies.
Some of these diplomas were awarded without a proper educational process and their credibility had to be ensured through the cooperation of foreign universities, which in fact did not have the authority to do so. The CBA has so far arrested several dozen people linked to violations at Humanum College.
