District Court of Sieshn against Vislav G. accepted the indictment. This man was accused, among other things, of insulting the body of his father, Andrzej G., who kept his body in a refrigerator and freezer after his death. more than half a year. He was receiving his pension at that time.
The prosecutor's office of Ciesin region has started the investigation of this case. The prosecutor determined that such behavior of the accused humiliated the dignity of the deceased and deprived him of a proper burial.
He reported the death of his father
This case was revealed only a year ago. October 17, 2023 Vislav G. informed his family doctor about his father's death. The doctor who arrived at the scene declared the man dead and concluded that the incident had happened much earlier than the information provided by the boy.
Pavel Nikiel, the spokesman of the district prosecutor's office in this country, reported that “the man's body was partially embalmed and signs of freezing were observed. The mysterious circumstances surrounding the death of Andrzej G. prompted the doctor to inform the law enforcement authorities about the situation.” Bielsko-Biała.
According to the investigators, the man died in May 2023. An autopsy revealed that he died of natural causes.
The boy is guilty
Vislav G. was accused of insulting his father's body and collecting money for the damage of the social insurance institution and the municipal center of social welfare of the city of Brenna. According to prosecutor Nikiel, during the hiding of his father's body, Wisław G. received the pension benefits due to him, as well as care allowances due to his unemployment – the man took care of his father.
The defendants face up to eight years in prison.
