“Like a commission”
On Thursday, October 31, Zbigniew Ziob issued a summons for a committee hearing. “This card would be even funny, and its authors would be good jokes, if it were not for the fact that according to the verdict of the Constitutional Court, the members of this “alleged committee” had committed a crime, in particular, according to Article 231 of the Criminal Code,” he wrote.
“On September 10, the Constitutional Court declared that the scope of activity of the parliamentary investigative committee on Pegasus does not correspond to the Constitution and excluded it from the legal system. The deputies who represent themselves as a non-existent commission will be prosecuted for this – it is Me I will send each of them a copy of the verdict of the Constitutional Court so that they don't have to defend themselves in court because they don't know.”
