Keegan Bradley was the last golfer to compete in last week's BMW Championship, but he made the most of his opportunity this week by winning the tournament and qualifying for the 2024 TOUR Championship. With the top 30 ranked golfers battling for the title at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta, Bradley has risen from 50th to 4th in the rankings. However, each golfer is assigned a starting stroke count based on their ranking position, with world number one Scottie Scheffler leading the way at -10. Scheffler is two strokes ahead of Xander Schauffele (-8), three strokes ahead of Hideki Matsuyama (-7) and four strokes ahead of Bradley (-6).
The latest 2024 Tour Championship odds list Scheffler as the +100 favorite to win (risk $100 to win $100), with Schauffele at +220 and Matsuyama at +1200. Scheffler has already won six PGA Tour events this season but is still in search of his first career Tour Championship victory. Our proprietary model, built by DFS pro Mike McClure, has been immensely popular since the PGA Tour returned in June 2020. In fact, the model has made over $9,500 on its top bet since the restart, winning tournament after tournament.
This same model had already predicted 13 majors by the end of the week, including the 2024 Masters (a third consecutive Masters), this year's PGA Championship and the U.S. Open. Anyone who has followed the model has made huge profits.

Top 2024 Tour Championship Golf Predictions
There was one surprise: McIlroy, a four-time major winner and +1800 favorite to win, did not finish in the top five this week. McIlroy has won the Tour Championship in 2016, 2019 and 2022, entering the tournament as odds between 6-1 and 8-1 each year, but his only individual win this season came at the Wells Fargo Championship three months ago.
McIlroy has had an inconsistent run of form since missing two close putts late in the U.S. Open, finishing outside the top 10 in three of his last four tournaments, missing the cut at the British Open and finishing tied for 68th in the first playoff event at the FedEx St. Jude Championship. The model does not expect McIlroy to be in contention for the win this weekend and recommends bettors look for value elsewhere on the PGA odds board.
The model also looked at where Schauffele might finish. Prior to this season, Schauffele's best career results were a win at the 2017 Tour Championship and a gold medal at the 2020 Summer Olympics. The 30-year-old Schauffele finally had his breakthrough in a major championship this season, winning the PGA Championship and the British Open this summer.
Schauffele will be looking to become the first golfer to win multiple majors in the same year since Brooks Koepka in 2018, and now he'll be looking to win his second career TOUR Championship. Schauffele is second in the FedExCup standings, so he enters the tournament two strokes behind Scheffler. With five top-five finishes in the past six TOUR Championships, Schauffele should be considered for TOUR Championship betting. The model has locked in its Xander Schauffele TOUR Championship picks here.
