The Lake Mary All-Stars advance to the next stage in the Little League World Series. Representing the southeastern United States, Lake Mary came from behind to beat Sioux Falls, South Dakota, 2-1, in their tournament opener on Wednesday, scoring two consecutive runs in the top of the fifth inning. Lake Mary pitcher JJ Feliciano finished with 11 strikeouts to help secure the win. Lake Mary, representing the Southeastern United States, scored two straight runs in the top of the fifth inning to beat Sioux Falls, South Dakota, 2-1, in the first game of the tournament on Wednesday.
Lake Mary pitcher JJ Feliciano finished the game with 11 strikeouts and contributed to the win.
