Football in Spain resumes this weekend with all first-round La Liga matches.
Two matches will be played each day from Thursday to Monday, with reigning champions Real Madrid, led by rising star striker Kylian Mbappe, beginning their title defence at Mallorca on Sunday.
Meanwhile, Barcelona travel to Valencia on Saturday before a high-profile clash between Villarreal and Atletico Madrid on Monday, while Athletic Club, Girona and Real Betis are in action on Thursday.
With new stars joining the league, it should be another great season for Spain. Let's take a look at our opening weekend preview with our La Liga predictions.

My favourite match on Friday is Las Palmas vs Sevilla, which will be played at the Estadio Gran Canaria.
The fact that we can play a strong home opponent here is not to be missed, especially for a team that performed very well at home last season.
Palmas lost just three of their nine games on the island last season, all against teams that finished in the bottom half of the league standings.
Yes, Sevilla was one of those teams, but that was before some very important players were sold in the summer.
Youssef En-Nesyri has been the club's best striker over the past few seasons, scoring a team-high 16 goals in the league last year. He has been replaced by former Leicester City forward Kelechi Iheanacho, but he only managed five goals in last season's EFL Championship.
The hole is too big to fill and I think Las Palmas can at least avoid defeat in their opening game of the campaign on the island.
Pick: Las Palmas PK (+110 via bet365)
It would be a huge mistake for Atletico to think that Mbappe would steal the show in the Spanish capital, with Diego Simeone's side also strengthening their attack with some key signings this summer.
The highlight of the deal is the signing of Julián Alvarez from Manchester City. The young striker has scored at least 16 goals in all competitions for City over the past two seasons and helped Argentina win the 2022 World Cup.
Alvarez will be joined in attack by Alexander Sorloth, the Norwegian striker who made his debut on his return to Villarreal and scored 23 goals, coming just one away from winning the Golden Boot.
Unfortunately, Yellow Submarine doesn't take the place of Solroth, so we can avoid the total going over 2.5 to -138.
I think there will still be goals in this game, and if this continues, I think Atletico will need to score again and again.
As this is one of the final matches of the weekend, Madrid should have plenty of time to train their new attacking line-up, and they will be hoping Simeone's team puts in a good performance on Monday and gets off to a fast start offensively.
Pick: Atletico Madrid Team Total O1.5 (-120 via bet365)
