The latest 2024 fantasy football ADPs continue to show running backs dominating many 2024 fantasy football rankings, with Christian McCaffrey the consensus No. 1 pick, and Breece Hall and Bijan Robinson also being selected in the top five in both the 2024 fantasy football PPR rankings and the 2024 fantasy football non-PPR rankings. The latest ADPs have Tyreek Hill and CeeDee Lamb selected as the top wide receivers in 2024 fantasy football, with Josh Allen, Jalen Hurts and Patrick Mahomes selected as the top quarterbacks.
Should your 2024 fantasy football draft strategy include careful consideration of these positions, or are there some 2024 fantasy football sleepers and duds that could shake up the top of the draft? If you're looking for some fantasy football advice in 2024, be sure to check out SportsLine's 2024 Fantasy Football Cheat Sheet from their proven computer model.
Last year, the model accurately predicted that Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle would not live up to his fantasy football ADP. Waddle's 2023 fantasy football ADP was 34.86 overall, making him the 11th-best receiver overall. He recorded a 1,000-yard season but only had 72 receptions and four touchdowns, finishing 34th among fantasy football wide receivers in CBS Sports PPR leagues.
The same model has a proven track record of providing fantasy football tips, identifying AJ Brown as a sleeper in 2020 and accurately predicting Jonathan Taylor's phenomenal season in 2021. Additionally, they have predicted past fantasy football sleepers such as Derrick Henry in 2019, Christian McCaffrey and Alvin Kamara in 2018, and Davante Adams in 2017. Those who bet on these players have gone on to win league titles.
The model is run by the same people who create the projections for the three major fantasy sites, and it beat out human experts last season when there was a huge difference in rankings. Our 2024 Fantasy Football PPR Rankings and 2024 Fantasy Football Standard Projections are updated multiple times each day, so you'll always have the best fantasy football advice and the latest fantasy football tiers.

2024 Fantasy Football QB Rankings
Here are SportsLine's top three fantasy football QB picks for 2024.
1. Jalen Hurts, Philadelphia Eagles: Hurts has a lot of weapons on the offensive side of things, and the Eagles added running back Saquon Barkley to a unit that already features AJ Brown and DeVonta Smith. Hurts continued to thrive in 2023, rushing for 3,858 yards and 23 touchdowns, both career highs. He also had 15 rushing touchdowns last season, proving he's still got a fantasy ceiling this year.
2. Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills: Allen is a dual-threat quarterback with all the intangible qualities needed to win a fantasy football championship. Allen has been QB1 or QB2 four times since 2019 and has thrown for over 4,000 yards each of the past four seasons. He's also proven to be a capable runner, especially in the red zone. Last season, Allen averaged 4.7 yards per carry and scored 15 touchdowns.
3. Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs: Mahomes was 10th in passing last season with just 20.9 fantasy points per game, but Kansas City's offense added some serious speed on the outside this offseason. The Chiefs signed Marquise Brown and drafted Xavier Worthy, giving Mahomes the option to either hook up on a splash play or find a completely free receiver closer to the line of scrimmage. Mahomes has two seasons with 5,000+ passing yards and should be back for a resurgence in fantasy in 2024. Click here to see more top QBs.
2024 Fantasy Football RB Rankings
Here are SportsLine's top three fantasy football running back picks for 2024.
1. Christian McCaffrey, San Francisco 49ers: McCaffrey is coming off his best season as a pro, finishing the 2023 season with 272 rushing attempts for 1,459 yards and 14 rushing touchdowns. He was also a great pass-catcher, catching 67 receptions for 564 yards and seven additional scores. McCaffrey is the best player at the running back position and should be the first running back drafted.
2. Breece Hall, New York Jets: Hall finished last year as the second-best running back with just five rushing touchdowns despite coming back from a torn ACL. As long as center Aaron Rodgers is healthy, Hall shouldn't see too many crowded boxes in 2024.
3. Saquon Barkley, Philadelphia Eagles: Barkley signed with the rival Eagles this offseason after spending his first six seasons with the Giants. After averaging just 3.9 yards per carry last season, Barkley should benefit greatly from Philadelphia's efficient offensive line. Despite low rushing numbers behind a shaky offensive line, Barkley has managed double-digit touchdown totals over the past two seasons. See other top running backs here.
2024 Fantasy Football WR Rankings
Here are SportsLine's top three fantasy football WR picks for 2024.
1. CeeDee Lamb, Dallas Cowboys: In addition to leading the NFL in receptions, he recorded 1,749 receiving yards and scored 14 total touchdowns during his All-Pro season. He was targeted 181 times during the regular season and threw at least 13 passes seven times. He was targeted 17 more times in the playoffs, which Dallas lost to Green Bay, and could be targeted 200 times in 2024.
2. Tyreek Hill, Miami Dolphins: While Lamb led the NFL in receptions, Hill led the league in receiving yards (1,799) and receiving touchdowns (13). This is Hill's second straight season with 119-plus receptions and 1,700-plus yards, and his 33.7% target share and 36.9% target rate from last season should continue into 2024.
3. Amon-Ra St. Brown, Detroit Lions: A fourth-round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, St. Brown has far exceeded expectations at every stage of his career. He caught 119 passes for 1,515 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2023 while battling nagging injuries, and was targeted on 35.2% of pass attempts in the red zone. See other top WRs here.
2024 Fantasy Football TE Rankings
Here are SportsLine's top three 2024 fantasy football TE picks.
1. Travis Kelce, Kansas City Chiefs: While arguably the top fantasy tight end in recent years, Kelce's status this season is a bit unclear after rushing for 984 yards and five touchdowns last season. But after seven consecutive 1,000+ yard seasons, SportsLine's model hasn't written him off. He remains TE1 primarily because he'll get ample scoring opportunities in the absence of a clear No. 1 WR in Kansas City's passing attack.
2. Mark Andrews, Baltimore Ravens: A fractured fibula ended Andrews' 2023 season, but he was coming off another solid season. It may be hard to replicate his incredible 2021 season, which saw him go 107-1,361-1 and 9-ties, but if he's healthy, his recent performance suggests he could have a shot at 1,000 yards and eight or nine touchdowns if he stays on the field.
3. Sam LaPorta, Detroit Lions: LaPorta was a breakout fantasy football prospect in 2023, hauling in 86 catches for 889 yards and 10 touchdowns as a rookie. Head coach Jared Goff clearly feels a high level of comfort with the Iowa native, and there's no reason to expect a major regression in 2024. Here are some other top TEs:
