High altitude. Yes, you know the flavors of fall if you've been looking for them. I think pumpkin spice and everything will be in full swing by tomorrow afternoon. Yes, you'll see that over the weekend. But now on to the boating, this is live footage from LIVECOPTER3. And, you know, from lake to lake, they showed some beautiful lookout points on Lake Tahoe. The water temperatures around Lake Tahoe are in the upper 60s right now. Yes, it's that time of year again. You know, summer warms up the waters a lot. So even on Folsom Lake, you can have a beautiful afternoon out boating on the shore or going out mountain biking. Temperatures are in the upper 80s Fahrenheit right now, a little bit cooler than yesterday. At this time in Stockton it's 92 degrees, Modesto on Wednesday it's 93 degrees, and Lake Tahoe is 74 degrees. Thanks LIVECOPTER3. The temperatures are dropping, but it still feels like summer outside. It's a degree or two cooler than it was at this time yesterday, especially in the Central Valley. But the temperature drop is big, which is nice to see. Fairfield is 6 degrees cooler because we're starting to see a little bit of delta winds coming through. By tomorrow morning, we're forecasting a strong enough wind and a thick enough marine layer. Some of the low cloud layers will start to develop around the Central Valley as dawn breaks. We may see low clouds along the I-5 corridor all the way up to the northern Sacramento Valley. Let's see what happens tomorrow morning and then as we get into the day on Friday. We have a weather system approaching, and clouds are increasing. A weather system is expected to move through the area Friday night into Saturday, and most of the associated precipitation is expected to stay in the north. So areas around Mount Shasta towards Eureka and Ukiah can expect a fair amount of rain. But if you're in Yuba City or Sacramento, you won't get any showers. The bigger impact of this system will be felt especially in the mountains tomorrow. As we get into the afternoon, wind gusts will start to pick up in the Sierra. Wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph are possible. Friday. Wind impacts will be light, with scattered showers possible in the higher Sierra mountains. On Saturday, you may have seen the headlines that snow is possible. I'm not too excited about this and I want to wax my skis with this, but there may be a few snowflakes flying early Saturday morning. Nothing will stick and move. Travel will not be affected. If you plan on going over Sierra Pass, there may be a snow shower or two tomorrow on the higher peaks of the resort. Wind will be a big topic in the mountains. Southwest winds in the 10s to 20s. Highs in Quincy in the 80s. Lake Tahoe around 72. Temperatures continue to trend downwards. Morning temperatures will be in the mid to upper 50s in the Foothills. Placerville will be up to 78 and Angels Camp around 77. It will be a cool, breezy day for the coast. 82 degrees in Fairfield and 74 degrees in Napa on Thursday. Stockton will be sunny with some high clouds and a daytime high of 83 degrees. Modesto will rise to 84 degrees in suburban Sacramento. Yuba City will have temperatures in the mid 80s. Starting off in the 60s in the morning, Folsom and El Dorado Hills will be 83 degrees, and Vacaville will also be 83 degrees. Temperatures will continue to drop, with more clouds on Friday and the coolest of the week at 77 degrees, then cooler temperatures over the weekend. Guys, we will slowly climb to 92 degrees on Sunday. Then we will have a day of heat effects. As Tamara Just Summer said, why are hundreds of temperatures rising?
