Sean McVay has produced a number of fantasy football superstars over the years, and Puka Nacua is the latest example. Nacua has grown from a fifth-round rookie who went unselected in most fantasy football drafts to a league-winning fantasy football waiver wire addition. He is surging up the ranks in fantasy football WR rankings for 2024. Running back Kyren Williams had similar success last year, totaling over 150 yards and four touchdowns in his first two games. As a result, Williams is one of the most targeted players in fantasy football RB rankings for 2024. Jordan Whittington of the Rams, a sixth-round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, recorded 11 receptions for 126 yards in his first two preseason games. Could he be one of the deep sleepers to consider in fantasy football in 2024?

Last year, the model accurately predicted that Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle would not live up to his fantasy football ADP. Waddle's 2023 fantasy football ADP was 34.86 overall, making him the 11th-best receiver overall. He recorded a 1,000-yard season but only had 72 receptions and four touchdowns, finishing 34th among fantasy football wide receivers in CBS Sports PPR leagues.
The same model has a proven track record of providing fantasy football tips, identifying AJ Brown as a sleeper in 2020 and accurately predicting Jonathan Taylor's phenomenal season in 2021. Additionally, they have predicted past fantasy football sleepers such as Derrick Henry in 2019, Christian McCaffrey and Alvin Kamara in 2018, and Davante Adams in 2017. Those who bet on these players have gone on to win league titles.
The model is run by the same people who create the projections for the three major fantasy sites, and it beat out human experts last season when there was a huge difference in rankings. Our 2024 Fantasy Football PPR Rankings and 2024 Fantasy Football Standard Projections are updated multiple times each day, so you'll always have the best fantasy football advice and the latest fantasy football tiers.

2024 Fantasy Football QB Rankings
Here are SportsLine's top three fantasy football QB picks for 2024.
1. Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills: Allen has the makings of an ideal fantasy quarterback and has been QB1 in three of the past four seasons, including last year. Not only can Allen gain yards with his arm and legs, he can also score touchdowns with both abilities. Allen will be without Stefon Diggs this season, but Allen was still QB1 last year, even though Diggs finished the season with his lowest yards in four seasons with Buffalo. Allen is the most reliable fantasy quarterback.
2. Jalen Hurts, Philadelphia Eagles: Hurts was the No. 3 QB in fantasy football last season, but the Eagles added another elite playmaker to their offense this offseason. Philadelphia signed Saquon Barkley, who has averaged 3.9 receptions per game out of the backfield in his six NFL seasons. Hurts has been the No. 3 QB in fantasy football each of the past three seasons and has allowed more rushing touchdowns (28) than any player in the NFL each of the past two seasons.
3. Lamar Jackson, Baltimore Ravens: No quarterback has been a better runner than Jackson in his six seasons in the NFL. Last season, Jackson led the NFL in rushing yards (5.5) for the third time in the past five seasons. He has averaged 61.1 rushing yards over his NFL career, leading all quarterbacks with 821 rushing yards last season, and his running ability shows no signs of slowing down. He is also an above-average passer, ranking 15th in the NFL in passing yards last season. This dual-threat quarterback is always a reliable option in your fantasy football lineups. 2024 Fantasy Football RB Rankings
Here are SportsLine's top three fantasy football running back picks for 2024.
1. Christian McCaffrey, San Francisco 49ers: The former Stanford star led the league with 1,459 yards rushing and 14 total touchdowns in 2023, along with 67 catches for 564 yards and seven touchdowns. There are concerns about McCaffrey's wear and tear, but coming off a full season with few injury issues, he's expected to have another great year for fantasy owners.
2. Breece Hall, New York Jets: Hall's rookie season was cut short in 2022 due to an ACL injury, but his production soared in 2023 with a strong season. He averaged 4.8 yards on 303 rushing attempts over those two seasons and is expected to see an increased workload in 2024.
3. Saquon Barkley, Philadelphia Eagles: The biggest question regarding Barkley is whether he can avoid injury, because when healthy, he is one of the best backs in the league. Barkley totaled 5,211 rushing yards and 35 touchdowns in six seasons with the New York Giants, and is expected to be very productive as he joins a stronger Philadelphia offense. 2024 Fantasy Football WR Rankings
Here are SportsLine's top three fantasy football WR picks for 2024.
1. CeeDee Lamb, Dallas Cowboys: Lamb was WR22 through the first five weeks of last season, but scored 55.9 more fantasy points than any other wide receiver from Weeks 6-18. Dallas got the best out of Lamb during that span and can now apply that strategy to the entire 18-week season. Lamb should have an even higher fantasy ceiling than he did when he finished as WR1 last year.
2. Tyreek Hill, Miami Dolphins: 2nd, 7th, 3rd, 2nd. These are Hill's position-specific rankings in fantasy points over the past four years. He's been incredibly consistent and is the only player in NFL history to have multiple seasons with 1,700+ yards receiving, doing so in each of the past two years.
3. Amon-Ra St. Brown, Detroit Lions: Despite Detroit acquiring playmakers like Jameer Gibbs and Sam LaPorta last year, St. Brown still produced career-highs in every aspect with 119 catches for 1,515 yards and 10 touchdowns. St. Brown also had at least 89 yards or a touchdown in 18 of 19 regular and postseason games last year, giving him the highest fantasy floor imaginable at the position. See the other top WRs here.
2024 Fantasy Football TE Rankings
Here are SportsLine's top three 2024 fantasy football TE picks.
1. Travis Kelce, Kansas City Chiefs: Despite seeing his streak of seven consecutive seasons with 1,000+ receiving yards come to an end in 2023, Kelce has been one of the most productive fantasy tight ends in the league. The 34-year-old Kelce caught 93 passes for 984 yards and five touchdowns last season, which was a step back for him, but was still enough to be a top-three tight end after all. Kelce led all tight ends in points per game last season and has been the No. 1 overall tight end in six of the past eight seasons.
2. Sam Laporta, Detroit Lions: Laporta had a sensational rookie season in Detroit, catching 86 passes for 889 yards and 10 touchdowns. Now in his second year with the Lions, Laporta should continue to benefit from the explosive playmakers Detroit has on offense. With Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jameel Gibbs drawing plenty of attention from opposing defenses, Laporta should have success in 2024.
3. Mark Andrews, Baltimore Ravens: Andrews was on pace to have the best year of his career in 2023 before an ankle injury ended his season early. The Oklahoma star caught 45 passes for 544 yards and six touchdowns in 10 games. Andrews is set to enter the 2024 season fully healthy and looking to reclaim his spot as NFL MVP Lamar Jackson's No. 1 target. See other top TEs here.
