Texas and Florida are without question the top two teams in the United States in the 2024 Little League World Series. The team from Bourne, Texas, has represented the Southwest Region well, going undefeated all the way to the U.S. Championship Game with wins over Pennsylvania (9-0), Florida (4-1) and Nevada (5-2). After losing to Texas, the Florida team picked up three consecutive consolation wins over Staten Island (6-1), Hawaii (4-3) and Nevada (6-3) to set up a crucial rematch with Texas.
