Hull will be competing for the seventh time since her debut in 2013, after leading the Ladies European Tour (LET) Solheim Cup points standings. The 27-year-old, ranked 10th in the world, has 13½ points from 22 starts.
In contrast, Henseleitn, who was second on the points list, will be making his first appearance in the biennial event.
“Playing in the Solheim Cup has been a dream since I was a little girl and I can't wait to play for the European team,” said the 25-year-old, who qualified after finishing runner-up at last week's Scottish Open.
“We have a lot of experience in the team but it's also great to see Ester making her Solheim Cup debut,” added captain Pettersen.
The remaining six automatic qualifiers will be selected for the team by the World Golf Rankings.
This will be Boutier's fourth consecutive Solheim Cup appearance, having debuted with a win at Gleneagles in 2019 and also competed in a win at Ohio in 2021 before last year's thrilling draw in Spain.
Maguire will be making his third appearance and has an impressive record of 7½ points from his 10 appearances so far.
The tournament is usually held every two years, but was postponed from 2020 to 2021 due to the impact of the coronavirus, and will now be moved to even years to be held consecutively with the Ryder Cup, which is currently held in odd-numbered years.
