RateHawk, a B2B online platform, has launched a fully localized version for its target markets in Asia: Vietnam and Japan. The entire system, including the search page, hotel profiles, booking forms, booking confirmations and transaction notifications, is now available in Vietnamese and Japanese.
This latest improvement ensures high-quality service in local languages for local partners in Asian countries, enabling local travel professionals to book, pay, check information and modify orders without language barriers.
RateHawk now available in Vietnamese and Japanese
The platform is already available in 27 languages, including Thai, Chinese and Korean.
RateHawk's local language localization is the next step towards the company's goal of expanding into Asian markets and providing advanced booking tools to local travel professionals. In June 2024, RateHawk took a major step towards its Asian expansion with the establishment of its first regional headquarters in Singapore.
Jennifer Chua, head of business development for Southeast Asia at RateHawk, commented: “We see great potential for our B2B booking platform in Asia, and with our product available in more Asian languages, we will be better positioned to bring our innovative engine to local travel industry professionals.”
