We manage the export supply of Steel products like Hot Rolled Steel, Cold Rolled Steel, Galvanized Steel, Coated Steel, Electrical Steel etc.
We also manage the procurement of goods and spare parts for industrial facilities in Russia.
This role envisages broad responsibilities and will involve dealing with day-to-day issues under the supervision of the Head of Legal and Compliance.
Job Requirements
• Higher education in Law (LLB/LLM or equivalent).
• Must be licensed to practice law in China.
• 3-5 years' PQE (Post-Qualification Experience) in-house or in private practice.
• Thorough understanding of China’s legal requirements regarding the formalization of corporate documents and decisions and the retention of corporate records.
• Excellent communication skills and team leader.
