Meghan Markle has been unable to find and keep a CEO for her 6-month-old lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard, even with help from Prince Harry.
“I think the Queen is going to continue to struggle to find people who want to work for her,” royal commentator Kinsey Schofield told GBN. “It's scary to think about.”

Six months after launching her lifestyle brand, the Duchess of Sussex has revealed “almost nothing” about it.
“The rumor is that if she can't find a CEO or someone to work with, Netflix said, 'Let us run the retail strategy,'” she added. “Netflix sees an opportunity there.”
The information comes after reports that the former actress is waiting on her Netflix schedule before launching her new product line, which was first teased in March when the former actress sent limited-edition numbered jam tubs to her celebrity friends.
Since then, nothing has been said about the highly hyped product line.
However, sources said Meghan's cooking and homemaking show complements Netflix's brand, which is why the network is delaying its release schedule. The show, which is part of a $100 million deal signed in fall 2020, has already finished filming but does not have a confirmed release date.

Meghan Markle is reportedly planning to connect her lifestyle brand with a new Netflix cooking series.
A senior entertainment industry executive stressed the importance of adhering to Netflix's schedule, saying, “Everyone has to adhere to Netflix's schedule these days. They are definitely the biggest player in the industry.”
This sentiment underscores the huge influence Netflix has over the timing of the brand's launch, which is now rumored to be delayed until May of next year.
The source added, “There's literally no point in Meghan doing anything until Netflix is ready to take action.”
In addition to timeline issues, Meghan's brand is reportedly facing complications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, which has issued a “notice of deficiency” regarding her trademark application. A source familiar with the situation clarified that these deficiencies are “typical and entirely expected due to differences in product classifications between the US and UK.” The source also said that costs related to these delays have been paid, totaling around £9,000, to ensure the process is proceeding smoothly.

The Duchess of Sussex can't escape the shadow of Netflix 'concerns'.
Branding expert Nora Lawler spoke out about the situation, expressing concern about the potential impact the delay could have.
“From a strategy and brand perspective, we suggested we would announce something, but if nothing happens in four months, the world moves on,” Lawler said.
However, she also acknowledged that recent world events could mean Meghan could relaunch the brand without much notice, adding: “Luckily for them, so much has happened in the world in the last four months that they could probably relaunch the brand without anyone even noticing.”
