Agoda has revealed its top beach resorts in Asia ahead of International Beach Day on September 1st.
The list was based on accommodation searches made on Agoda in September and October and highlights the most popular coastal holiday destinations, with the Indonesian island of Bali taking the top spot.

Bali's popularity continues to grow, with Agoda seeing an 11% increase in Bali-related accommodation searches compared to the same period last year. Other popular beach destinations in Asia include Okinawa, Japan, and Da Nang, Vietnam, both of which ranked in the top three.
Agoda's ranking showcases a diverse range of beach destinations catering to different tastes, from tranquil hideaways to lively beach parties. Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines each have two destinations in the top 10, highlighting their popularity among beach lovers.
According to Agoda, the top 10 most searched beach destinations in Asia are Bali in Indonesia, Okinawa in Japan, Da Nang in Vietnam, Pattaya in Thailand, Phuket in Thailand, Nha Trang in Vietnam, Jeju Island in South Korea, Penang in Malaysia, Boracay Island in the Philippines and Cebu in the Philippines.
These destinations offer a wide range of activities, from water sports and nightlife to culture and relaxation.
