Kennesaw State University’s online programs have been ranked among the best in the nation in U.S. News & World Report’s “Best Online Programs 2024” and “Best Online Programs for Veterans 2024” lists, released today.
Among Georgia universities, Kennesaw State University was ranked highest for its graduate programs in Computer and Information Technology. Other programs at Kennesaw State, including Nursing, Education and Business Administration, also ranked.
KSU's Master of Science in Computing and Software Engineering (MSIT) program rose three spots to 22nd in the overall national rankings, making it the top institution in Georgia. Kennesaw State's MSIT also ranked 12th nationally for its degree programs for veterans, the only one in Georgia to receive that recognition.
Bagwell College of Education's online master's program was ranked 63rd overall, and WellStar College of Health and Human Services' graduate nursing program was ranked 70th nationally. Kennesaw State University's Coles College of Business' online Master of Business Administration program was ranked 112th nationally in the overall rankings.
Kennesaw State University offers 26 fully online master's degree programs, 17 bachelor's degree programs, four doctoral programs, and four professional degree programs.
The U.S. News rankings recognize online, degree-granting programs from regionally accredited institutions that are 100 percent online. Now in its 13th year, the 2024 rankings evaluated more than 1,700 online degree programs from universities and colleges across the nation.
