2024 Caleb Williams Fantasy Football Predictions
The model has locked in Bears rookie quarterback Caleb Williams' 2024 fantasy football projections. The No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft has no shortage of weapons, with veteran receivers DJ Moore and Keenan Allen forming one of the best WR duos in the NFL. Williams didn't have to wait long for the NFL Draft to add to his roster, as the Bears selected wide receiver Rome Odunze with the ninth overall pick.
Williams is considered one of the top quarterback prospects in recent NFL drafts after winning the Heisman Trophy as a sophomore and passing for 3,633 yards and 30 touchdowns in 12 games last season. Williams is considered Chicago's savior. He's battled the pressures that come with natural talent all his life, but the added attention of getting a majority of his airtime on HBO's “Hard Knocks” has only heightened expectations. 2024 Jayden Daniels Fantasy Football Predictions
The model also released a projection for Commanders rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels, the 2023 Heisman Trophy winner out of Louisiana State University who was selected No. 2 overall in the 2024 NFL Draft. Daniels completed 72.2% of his passes for 3,812 yards and 40 touchdowns with four interceptions, while also rushing for 1,134 yards and 10-plus scores.
New Commanders head coach Dan Quinn didn't guarantee Daniels a starting spot, but he was officially named the starter last week after winning a commanding quarterback battle with veteran Marcus Mariota. Daniels has shown off an active arm and impressive athleticism throughout the preseason, but he will have to shoulder a heavy load for an offense that ranks 25th in the NFL in scoring and 24th in total yards. 2024 Bo Nix Fantasy Football Predictions
The model also revealed fantasy projections for Denver Broncos quarterback Bo Nix. Thought to be a bit part first-round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, Nix was a surprise selection at 12th overall by the quarterback-starved Broncos. Nix had an up-and-down three-year stint at Auburn from 2019-2021, but bounced back after transferring to Oregon in 2022. He completed 74.9% of his passes for 8,101 yards and 74 touchdowns with just 10 interceptions for the Ducks.
Nicks was clearly the Broncos' best quarterback in the preseason, outranking veterans Jarrett Stidham and Zach Wilson. Head coach Sean Payton named Nicks the starter on August 22, making him the first rookie to start at quarterback in the Broncos' season opener since John Elway in 1983. With a questionable supporting cast, Nicks will have to prove his relevance in fantasy as he is drafted around 169th overall according to the latest 2024 fantasy football ADP. 2024 Drake May Fantasy Football Predictions
The model also revealed fantasy projections for New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye. New England missed out on a top-two quarterback in the draft, but Maye was an elite option available with the third pick. He finished his collegiate career at North Carolina with 62 touchdown passes and 16 interceptions and finished in the top five in Pro Football Focus' passer rating in his first year as a starter (2022).
Maye spent two seasons as a starter, averaging about 56 rushing yards per game. In this era where versatility is key, he's a top fantasy player. But with veteran Jacoby Brissett also on the roster, he's not locked into a starting spot in New England.
