Iselin-based World Insurance Associates announced Thursday that it has acquired the operations of John J. Flynn Insurance Agency of Dover, New Hampshire.
Terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1999, John J. Flynn is a full-service agency providing personal and commercial insurance to clients.
