Journalists of TVN24 and TVN “Fakti” talked about who can be the candidate of certain parties in the upcoming presidential elections. They talked about the possibility of Rafal Trzaskowski, Przemysław Czarnek and Radosław Sikorski. They also discussed the extent to which public debates between politicians become private relationships between them.

In the Civil Alliance, Poland's head of diplomacy, Radosław Sikorski, has been actively participating in the nomination game in recent weeks.
– You see the operation of Radoslav Sikorsky, of course, we all do. But – according to what I heard – Rafal Trzaskovski is very determined, he really wanted to be president and he really wants to win the election – TVN24 reporter Agata Adamek said.
He also said that an internal investigation was conducted in the Civil Alliance, which revealed two main things. First, voters expect that a candidate does not represent only one party. Secondly, what Poles fear most are issues related to border security and migration. – Therefore, the demand to suspend the asylum law, which has already been adopted, is something that Trzaskowski will promote in the campaign, – she continued.
Rafal Trzaskovsky “definitely”
Radomir Wit, also a TVN24 political reporter, said that his behind-the-scenes conversations show that Trzaskovsky's candidacy is almost certain.
– I hear that the decision has already been made and there was really no moment when Radoslav Sikorski was seriously considered as a potential candidate. His effort and desire were clearly visible, but there was no moment when he seriously defeated Rafal Trzaskovsky. Trzaskovsky, from what I hear in the Civil and Coalition Platform, it is possible to be confident about this candidacy, he added.
Przemysław Czarnek “still in the game”
TVN reporter Arleta Zalewska, who is currently in the USA, reporting on the end of the presidential campaign, talked about the situation of the PiS candidate. He mentioned that Przemysław Charnek, the former Minister of Education and Science, recently joined the party's candidacy race and, according to him, became the “dark horse” of this competition.
– Yesterday I sent an SMS to one of the important politicians and he said that Charnek is still in the game, – he added.
Zalewska also said that PiS believes that the results of the US elections can affect the course of Wisla's campaign. The point is that if Donald Trump wins the foreign elections, President Andrzej Duda can invite him to Warsaw at the end of his term of office, which in turn will give political fuel to the PiS candidate. – I sincerely doubt it, but there are such hopes within Jarosław Kaczynski, and he is also offered, such a scenario is offered to him, – he said.
– Mister friend, maybe you want to change?
Journalists also talked about how public discussions between politicians turn into private relations between them. The starting point was the recording of MEPs Joanna Scheuring-Wilgus and Anna Zalewska talking, laughing and hugging each other, who are from completely different parties – New Left and PiS.

Agatha Adamek quoted an anecdote about MEPs Krzysztof Breza (KO) and Mariusz Kaminski and Maciej Vasik (PiS). This is about one of their business flights to Brussels.
– Krzysztof Bryza, member of parliament of the Civil Alliance, who was controlled by Pegasus during the rule of law and justice, enters the plane – then Mariusz Kaminski and Maciej Vasik were in charge of the secret service, both of whom are now. in the European Parliament. “Krzysztof Breza gets on the plane and sees only one free seat next to Mariusz Kaminski, and this is the seat of his ticket,” he said.
– He sits next to Mariusz Kaminski and says “good morning”, Kaminski looks at the front seat and doesn't really move at all. Krzysztof Brejza puts on headphones, starts listening to music, but feels someone touch his shoulder from behind. Maciej Wąsik is back. – Mr. friend, maybe you want to change seats? And it turned out that Maciej Vasik chose the seat next to Marta Wsisło, a representative of the Civic Alliance, so this exchange was comfortable for many, she continued. He added that Brezhza agrees to this proposal.
