On Monday (October 28) at 10:45 a.m., the Szczecin District Court will consider the appeal against the preliminary arrest decision for “Buddy” and “Grajinka”. The application in this case was submitted by the lawyers of the suspects.
On October 16, 2024, the Szczecin District Court issued a three-month pretrial detention order for the five so-called suspects at the request of the prosecutor's office. Buddy's case, including YouTuber himself, Camille L. “Buddy” and his partner Alexandra K., alias Grajinka.
According to the prosecutor's office, the YouTuber must answer, among others: for running a criminal group that organizes gambling games.

Arrest, charge and detention
YouTuber Kamil L. and 9 others were arrested on October 14, 2024 in four provinces. Everyone was guilty, no one confessed his guilt. All of them gave extensive explanations.

The district court, at the request of the prosecution, decided that five suspects: Tomas C., Adam U., Bartos G., Alexandra K. Grażyna – YouTuber partners and Kamila L., p. Buddha. Preventive measures of the nature of liberty were applied to the remaining five suspects: Vislava G., Alexandra M., Rafal H., Michal L., Damian S. The largest property guarantee is one million zlotys.
In an interview with TVN24, Michal Tomala, the press spokesman of the Szczecin district court, informed that the decision to arrest was made due to the possible high fine and the need to perform “types of activities”. – These cases should have been provided to prevent illegal actions by the suspects that hinder the process of the trial, – explained the speaker.
During the search operations, the property of the suspects in the total amount of PLN 140 million was seized, including 51 cars of the following brands: Lamborghini, Mercedes, Rolls-Royce, Audi, BMW, Toyota, Nissan, etc. the value of about PLN 38 million and real estate and funds in accounts worth more than PLN 77 million were closed.
The maximum sentence that Kamil L. 10 years in prison for leading an organized criminal group. Money laundering is punishable by imprisonment from 6 months to 8 years (Article 299, Part 1). The situation is the same in the case of falsification of invoices (Article 271 of the Criminal Code).
